HOW TO PREPARE YOUR FILE for PRINTING.

Using a software program like Photoshop:

1. Set up a document 10 inches x 15.5. Can fill this area completely up with your images.
2. Set the dpi or resolution of the file to 300 or 400, either works well. Just before putting in Dropbox, double check the DPI of your file. We will print and you will be charged for what you send.
3. Use color mode RGB- optimally ADOBE 1998...
if you are computer savy otherwise just go with RGB.
4. Place one to as many images that fit on the page.
5. Name your file your lastname1.tiff / lastname2.tiff and so on.
6. Save as a .tiff or psd. file. We do NOT accept Word files.

NEW: Now you can just send your files to us FOR FREE.
Use our InPlainSightART-DECAL dropbox, just click.

7. Once at the dialogue box to send- tell us if for GLASS or CLAY, we translate differently depending on the media and if FLUX or NONFLUX covercoat should be used.

We reproduce equal to the quality of file you send. So use the best quality imagery you can for the best quality translation possible.

TO MAKE THE WEDNESDAY print day, we ask that files arrive by Tuesday 2pm, Central Standard time.

After many years experience creating artwork primarily using this state of the art technology, we know quite a bit about how images translate and what works and what doesn't work so well. We are not a print/reproduction service, as artists, we will work with you to achieve the best TRANSLATION possible.
